The ultimate goal of Controlled Goods Solution is to provide you with a solution for your needs. This can translate in as much or as little help as you need in order to comply with the Controlled Goods Regulations and the Defence Production Act. Compliance is mandatory in order to maintain your registration with the program. Since registration is mandatory for certain contracts, it is imperative to maintain compliance.
Who am I?
I have completed a 41 year career with Federal Government. 24 years of experience enforcing Federal/Provincial laws, policies and regulations as a Military Police officer (Department of National Defence) and 17 years as a compliance inspector for the Controlled Goods Program (Public Services and Procurement Canada). This combination has provided me with a wealth of knowledge over my 41 year career, that has allowed me to guide more than 2000 businesses into compliance.
